I am a newbie just thought would try fixing bumper. I thought did excellent job with sanding , buffing but at the end when spray base coat. It ended up looking like a tape strap , could you suggest

well come, do a search on here or Google for blending base coat paint, see if you can you tube it. then get back to us.

Re-sand and start from the beginning. Painting takes time, patience and practice. If at first you don't succeed. Try and try again.
