Adhesion problems?

Will I have adhesion problems if I paint PPG dbc over p800 wet or dry? I don't want scratches on this black job.

if you're using PPG Deltron 9700 black, it will be fine. 9700 is a thin paint anyway. Its actually sprays better over a finer surface.
