Reviews and references are so much more important in getting a good result when you are shopping for these type of services. When someone is seriously shopping our company I will usually give them the names of clients that have used my services in the last few months and also try to give them a reference to someone that has used me several times over the years. On the other hand if someone tells me to use certain products I generally (other than commercial/industrial work) will either explain to them our normal finishing process with our finish products or send them on to another company if they feel that will not work for them. Any kind of finisher wants to work with a process he can back up and troubleshoot......
