I was painting a bumper and i was using Omni base coat .I mixed one part paint one part medium reducer. It requires no activator/Hardener. I read on one of the threads that I can use 1 tablespoon of the clear Hardener to make it more durable . I wonder if that was the culprit?also i prepped it with windex. Any help will be appreciated? :talkhand:

it looks like a slight blushing problem caused from hi humidity and or a fast reducer. it should go away when you clear it. a simple test you can do is to put some water on a small spot and if it goes away then the clear will do it to. it won't make it go way physically, but some how it disappears magically.
