Three months ago we had temperatures over 40C. Now getting down to -3C and there's snow in the High Country already.
Every year it catches me out. Already had my annual first massive run. Happens when the temp drops just below that threshold, the panel's a bit cool and so is the clear. Spray it on and it just dives straight for the floor!
So, back to warming the clear and the panels as well as mixing a bit of fast hardener into the clear mix.
But getting it on is one story. Getting it dry is another.
The old way:
Now this is better:
20 minutes at 60C and she's done and dusted.

I hated long winters as well so I moved from NY to Arizona 21 years ago. Now 50 degrees seems cold. LOL
