seam sealer?

i got a area that needs bondo but also need seam sealer around a seam is it ok to put seam sealer over body filler

sure. I do like to finish the bondo and prime ( ready for top coat) then put the seam sealer on. if its in a hi visible area I will the above only with one more primer coat on the sealer.
