I sanded down my hood and there was some existing body filler. I threw the hose on the Hood to clean it but right away I left some rags on top of the filler after I cleaned the hood. I hit it with the air hose and then I primed it. Will that cause any problems and if it does how long will it take for the problems to show up?

maybe yes maybe no, that's the best I can do. what you should have done is set it out in the sun for 10-15 min and let it bake dry. I've wet sanded through to filler before and did this and didn't have any problems. drying with the air hose will dry the surface but may not any that may have soaked in. as long as you think you got it dry go for it. BUT remember what I said if you have problems.

Body filler is a sponge and moisture can hide below the surface for days.
It can come back to haunt you later by peeling the paint, I learned that the hard way.
Give it all the time to dry you can, for me that would be a week or more.

(It's not custom painting-it's custom sanding)
