On a panel with epoxy primer/sealer that's been sitting for a week or so ,can I hit it with 400 and spray base over it or does it have to be within a certain time that I can base over it.

I couldn't open the link. you should be ok but the 400 is a little coarse use 500 or 600. I think the ideal way is to 400 or 500 then shoot an epoxy sealer coat. then your base with in the recoat time depends on what you have under it all.

Just hit it with 600 and you'll be fine.
Sometimes I just scuff it with a gray scuff pad and then base it when it's within the epoxy recoat window. JC.

Sanded bumper with 600 over epoxy. There are areas that I can see the 600 scratches on the primer but when I run a wet rag over it I don't see any scratches Will base coats cover this at all or am I good to go
