Heyhi1, Dennis is, of course, quite right in what he says, but note carefully his language. He says "could", not "will". If you dried the surface thoroughly then I'd say you should be ok.

Important thing is to stop doing stuff that isn't listed in any procedure or guide. Washing and sanding down basecoat does have some really high risks and you could easily have set yourself up to sand the whole lot off and start again. If you haven't been told and aren't sure, ask here first.

I dont mean to be demeaning belittle at all, Just a little frustrated,
I too am sure its gonna be ok at least for a while. BUT dang he already had to do it over once you would think he would read every thing. This stuff is expensive?

I am in the middle of something right now I will post up to tech sheet later. It says could be sanded if need be after 30 minutes. I had a bit of a drip. I had to wet sand and I couldn't clear over all the dust so I had to clean it somehow. cleaned it and dried it off right away and let it dry overnight and cleared within the period that I had to clear which is 24 hours. I probably did it within 12 hrs.
