I'm using Limco basecoat with LR13 reducer, and clear coating with HB Clear and slow hardener. It's cool, 50's and 60's out. How long can I go between putting down the basecoat and putting down the clear coat?

I know after a few days you have to scuff and reshoot. How many days before I have to do that? And do I have to reshoot base? Or can I scuff and just shoot clear coat?

you really need to get the info sheet for your products, it will answer your questions. get it from your supplier or Google. I've used some limco but its been a few years ago the clear seamed to be good.
