Will the halo looking area disappear after clear or do I have to completely re-base ?
If your wondering I lightly wet sanded with 1000g, an brought the fan in lightly pulled the trigger on the touch up areas. I know black is unforgiving especially under glossy clear this is why I got the little spots out and considering just going satin or matte. I'm also just in my garage and gotta " garage setup ".

i'm not sure about the halo. but what you should have done was after your little dot you should have came over it with a little more fan and sprayed a couple inches before and over the dot and a couple inches after one smooth pass. then shoot another just a little bigger and dust it both ways. you should treat it just like a simple blend.

Spray some water or wax and grease remover on it and you'll know
what it will look like with clear.
