I backed up my car (Toyota 4Runner) and hit the bumper of another car. It looks like the side of my bumper is slightly pushed in (no creases visible) and part of the left side and near the tail light are pushed out.

I don't have any experience with auto body repair so I was hoping to get some tips on how to tackle this. I was going to buy a dent repair kit (maybe https://www.amazon.com/GLISTON-Paintles ... 963&sr=8-5).

I just want to make sure that I take the right steps. Should I use the suction cups first and if so, put them right in the center of the dent? How far down from the top? Do I hammer down the center of the sections of the panel that are jutting out?
