After you get it all cleaned up then its time for test fitting trimming prepping and welding!
I had this one together and apart several times before I was happy with the fit b4 welding. This included test fitting with the Trunk lid!!!!!!!! That was a Trick!

The Tail panel installed here is the Original panel removed from the car! after media blasting and all the Spot weld holes were repaired, Again a Big Big Shout out to Chevman for his Technique of repairing small holes. In this job I used Gas welding, Tig welding and Mig welding and Silicone Brass Gas Brazing to complete the job.
No one Process can do it all except maybe gas, But for me each process is its own and has a Place. A Mig is a great tool and it has its place BUT it just cant do it all.
No not all of my welds are pretty! In fact my Mig had a serious Gas leak I didn't figure out for a while! and it took its toll on some of the welds which needed to be redone b4 I was done.
