I don't think it has much to do with your current problem but the rattle can Etch primer should be discarded.
Again I don't think its causing your current problem as it doesn't appear to be going that deep you could peel a wrinkle up when wet and see though?
Rattle can products and 2K products usually don't get along too well together. Add to it Rattle can products are Junk to start with, this could easily be same results.
Try a coat or two of Epoxy to build upon instead or a Direct to metal primer (DTM) instead.

A lot of company's claim to be compatible with another as their fairly comparable in chemical nature when in fact each uses different quality make up.
I.E Lacquer thinner or Acetone you buy at Home depot IS NOT the same quality you will get at a Automotive Paint store its just not.
Some Paint companys can and do use better quality materials than the next using lower quality hence the prices are so different from one to the other, that's why its important to use one company's system all the way through on a project rather than mixing and matching products.

i'm with Chris. although it sounds like you did everything as you should have, but to much to soon. i would question the black or silver as POSIBLY not compatible.
You did a good post with lots of information, i wish everyone would be as specific as you :goodjob:

so i think what i have decided to do is get some more products from tamco..
i will be getting their jet black base coat and there slick silver metallic maybe in course?
also getting there hp5311 direct to rust/metal primer ive read about it on their site..
says it can be reduced to silky smooth and can be used as one product.
instead of having to buy a dedicated primer and sealer? ive sent them an email asking if i can spray their black base coat directly to this primer system..

that way im using all one brand product didspade pears and pigments work well with there stuff infact they recomend their intercoats etc..

now ive got the autobahn euro clear im hoping it will not cause any issues with tamcos products..
