Experience and selection of the right gun with control over what it's doing. Plus using and knowing how to use blending thinner, together with some advanced masking techniques.

I've done lots of little repairs like that, say, half the size of a number plate.

Thanks. I read about blending solvent in my 2004 Auto Body Repair Technology. It wasn’t real specific, sounds like it’s more of an art.
What is it about Clear Over Base that is more forgiving than SS?
