Hello, I'm new to this forum. :)
I am trying to find what cars - model and year- were using the color code HEX #B1560F (Bronze), with not much success... is there any website or other way to find out?
Thanks!

Thank you.

I can also find it online, but when I asked the body shop they said that they can not do anything with the code itself, they must have the make, model, and year of the vehicle.

That's why I was asking if anyone knows what vehicle/s have this color.

Alternatively, does anyone know where can I order this specific paint online?
Thanks!

The best I can tell, that's not an automotive paint code.
It seems to be a universal code for artists paint or something
like that...???

You'll have to compare a sample of that color to the closest shade
of an automotive color to get the automotive paint code.
That's why the body shop was dumbfounded.

OP, what you've given us is a Hex code for a colour as rendered on a computer screen. How it actually looks depends on your screen but these codes can also be converted so that pictures can be printed, again with the degree of accuracy depending on the quality of the printer.

How did you get this hex code? Did you select it on your screen from a picture of a car? If so, post up the picture of the car. If we can identify it it should be possible to get a list of the factory colours for that model and year. If it's not a factory colour then it becomes a bit harder, but one step at a time.

So this is B1560F:

I took it from an automotive color book. Here is the actual picture that I took. I need more paint, but didn’t take a picture of the make mode and year.
So it is an automotive paint, for sure.
