How do I get my panels to not be straight?

My wife says the same thing. Still, my goal is to have this car outlast me and give it to my kids, so I want to be perfectly happy with it. And hey, it's much easier to fix these things now while the panels are off than later.

After reading the first two pages in this thread, I located polycarb 1.25" O.D. for about $3 lft (sold in 8 ft lengths)

No idea what flatstock is, but has to be much less.

For the 'weld' Original PVC glue (for plumbing) should work. Cheap too.

for the cutting, a tile saw should do nicely. Though a hack or bandsaw would work, at the expense of more time.

I figure a 24" should cost under $10, and take less than an hour.

Or just wait til the knockoffs come around...
