Thanks for the welcome and response to my post. Ill share what made my bc come out the way it did. It may help someone from making an unnecessary mistake.

I bought two pints of SW Dimension bc about a month apart, and the toner and flake mix
in one was slightly different than the other. No big deal, all is good.

I mixed them together with stir stick when I added the reducer and It didn't mix well enough. It didn't dawn on me I screwed up mixing the paint until after re sanding it with 600 wet to make sure it was smooth, and that my air pressure, distance, and reducing was good. SW Dimension is good paint, I've used it for years. That left my paint mixing.
Ill shake it on the re-shoot. For now, I'm sanding off the light coat of clear and some layers of bc and start over.
