Hello,
Trying my hand at some DIY bodywork. I'm comfortable with mechanical and electrical repairs, and body repairs if it's simply a replacement, but I've always shied away from bodywork. This seemed like a decent starter project.
It's a 2015 MINI Cooper Clubman and the damage is isolated to the rear swingout doors, rear carrier, rear bumper cover and all the little plastic bits that go along with it.
No frame damage.
The carrier and bumper replacement seem straightforward enough, but should I repair or replace those doors? Replacing them with used (but undamaged) salvage doors would be about $500 w/o paint. Not sure if it's more cost effective to fix the current doors.

I was hoping to zoom in a bit on the damage to the doors. Can you post a few close ups?

I’ll try to get some clearer photos of the rear doors next time I see the car.
