I spray the SS similar to the way I shoot clear.... The TDS says I can go up to 2 parts reducer and I have been doing that to help it flow out. I do have another SS job coming up and I may try cutting the reducer back a bit. Just a learning curve I suspect. |

i've sprayed a million gal of S/S
. i think to much reduction is going to hurt you back up on the reduction and up the air pressure. S/S enamels require considerable air pressure to atomize and go on smoothly. Jay D. they say my name is Jay
