Can I just use bondo to fix this or would I need to use fiberglass as well?

So I am looking at it.....is it the flexy bumper cover at the rear of the car? What make and model..... and yeah, I don't care what that is....if it ripped through you cannot just shove a filler in there. What we will tell you to support and repair it with will depend on you telling us more about the car/area....
