Years ago Old Dupont Guy had a procedure for blending new paint after a repair was made. Does anyone know what it was or where to find it?
If I remember correctly he used some type of blending clear??

Axalta have a fade out thinner in their Cromax line (AK350) which is used to melt in the edges of a clear blend. Works for 2K Direct Gloss as well.

That I know of it comes in a 5 litre container and a spray can. 5 litres last me about 10 years - only needs the lightest dusting. Not cheap but awesome when you do have to do a clear blend.

Most other paint manufacturers should have a similar product. Some painters use straight 2K thinners. Don't. It doesn't work as well.
