Getting ready to tape off my 39 Ford for bc/cc and was wondering if its better to tape off all of the holes from the inside or to not tape. I want to avoid too much build up in these penetration areas and avoid runs. What is the common practice with these amounts of holes? Thanks.

if you tape the holes from the inside you will have a ton of build up and the hole will no longer be of the correct size, then you might have to ream the whole exposing metal.

i leave the holes the way they are for primer then use silicone plugs trimmed of so they do not stick out to far.

I poked small bits of Blue-tac in some holes then painted. It worked out well.
