I see on my data sheets it does not call for any induction time when mixing my base or my clear coat.

what do you experts here go by on mixing base clear? how long do you stir or let sit if at all?

Generally, I mix my base and reducer until I am sure it is completely mixed. You will notice a change in the consistency. Then I had about a 1/2 oz. of clear activator/per 24 oz. of the base coat mix and stir it again.

For clear coat, I mix the clear and stated amount of activator and stir until well mixed. If it calls for reducer you can add that and stir some more.
