I have used many many different brands over the last 30 years and currently I have had
good results with 3m platnium and select i think the #s are 01131 and 31131. just asking if anyone has tried this Roberlo i keep getting ads popping up so i thought i would inquire. I believe they are a italy based companey that sells products for all spectrums of the paint and collison industry. Not looking to switch but have never been afraid to try different brands/tools/techniques offered by others to say ive used it. As with anything some your glad you tried and would use again others no way no how . So just asking anyone have experience with the fillers they sell GOOD ??BAD??

I use the 3M Platinum 01171 instead of the Plus.
There are a couple of alternative brands that have been mentioned on here that look interesting and are less expensive. However, I haven't personally tried them.

I've been using Roberlo for a couple years now.
It's better than any other I've tried in the last 40 yrs.
They have one that is so thin and light it's like spot putty.
They all sand really easy.
My supplier carries 3 different ones, I use the heavy and the light.

(It's not custom painting-it's custom sanding)

I've been using it, too.

Finer, not as 'sandy' as some of the US made ones, not quite as fine as some of the European ones. Seems to go on easy enough but definitely needs the first really thin scrape to adhere. Sanding seems easy enough - not super easy but not difficult either. For the price it seems quite good value.
