That data sheet is great. Includes both measurements.

That's what I've been asking about. It's unfortunate it's not universal practice to include both.



While I was searching for the data online, I did just what you suggested-weighing specific volumes. Thankfully, the online community came through. I feel those numbers will be more accurate than my measurements.
