it is confusing, but when they say 4-1 its just that 4 parts to one part the confusing part is when they talk in volume i would think the same thing like 4-1, 4 cc to 1 cc by volume. but i'm just a dummy, hopefully someone else will chime in that knows more about this than we do. if all else fails call them and ask what to do, they must have a customer serv. line.
