I USED to to use a Lot of Evercoat Rage products when I first started till it became way to expensive to use then it was $65 a gallon.
I went around to other shops to see what they were using. I found they were using Evercoat "Liteweight" so I started using it myself. I have been using it ever since! I add a Little Evercoat "Plastic Honey" to thin it when I want it really thin and Pin hole free. I still use both products to this day. If you can tell how much harder to sand it is compared too Rage you have more sensitivity than I do. Most of your filler is going on the floor any way why waste money? Dennis B.

Switched from Rage to this 2 years ago... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XG ... UTF8&psc=1 Great pricing, easy to use.... If you are thinning with Honey at all consider using regular fiberglass resin instead....

I have been using Marson Platinum for years now. 3M bought them out but continues to make the Marson filler. https://www.ebay.com/p/1111817867
The Evercoat Plastik Honey is an automotive filler thinner. You add this to the filler on your mixing board to get a smooth, easy to spread filler to skim coat with. https://www.amazon.com/Evercoat-1249-Pl ... B002BLGKD2 1968 Coronet R/T

To answer Dennis's question.... If you think about it..... The Honey products would almost have to be at least a "type" of fiberglass resin. Local pro painter is the one that told me to try it the next time I wanted to thin out bondo type filler.... Haven't seen any difference between it and the Honey products.....
