I have a flux .03x 230V lincon mig welder, can i use .02x "FLUX CORE" wire on my 85 corolla gts' 1/4 panel to keep it away from heat distortion??? Do we even have .02x flux wire available in the market ??? Thank You

No thin flux core available. The .035 flux core creates too much heat for anything thinner than 16 ga. Your panels are thinner than that. If you can, get a gas kit for your welder and try .025 solid wire.
