I have a flux .03x 230V lincon mig welder, can i use .02x "FLUX CORE" wire on my 85 corolla gts' 1/4 panel to keep it away from heat distortion??? Do we even have .02x flux wire available in the market ??? Thank You :?

No thin flux core available. The .035 flux core creates too much heat for anything thinner than 16 ga. Your panels are thinner than that. If you can, get a gas kit for your welder and try .025 solid wire.
