chevy 5.3 coffee table and end tables

My buddy brought me a motor and showed me a pic of one he saw and asked if I could make him one.The one he showed me was all aluminum so we can up with our own idea, then I fabricated a Chevy emblem and welded it on the timing chain pulley, ofcourse we degresed it and pressure washed it, cleaned it up with gas, primed painted then air brushed. Something was missing so I made some end tables outa of a old cam shafts, fly wheels, and old gears and chains. Really looks good now I'm going to have to make one for my shop. Lol.

those are very cool - but my wife would kill me if even tried to bring anywhere within 100' of the living room :D

I like them! Saw something similar on a Pontiac forum. Luckily my wife is agreeable to these things. Her only concern is catching your toe on it.

I made these for a buddy of mine and my old lady said the same thing, I can put these in my lobby at my shop.Who hoo. I made my outa of Ford 289 since we specialize in classic mustang.
