I like to learn the how and whys (as much as I can understand). Sometimes it can be the missing piece that's needed when trying to understand when someone explains how to do something or how to correct a problem. You don't learn as much if someone just tells you to something in a certain order. It helps learning why you have to do it in that order. Also helps if you come across something similar, just a little different (if you know some of the hows and whys). Thank you Doright.
