Lead work on Porsche Rear Panel

After the reflector panel was removed the corners needed some metalwork to blend into the backdated license plate panel.

I used lead here like the factory did to recontour the shape after a little bit of welding and grinding of course.

Hey Tom, nice to see some metal work on here, its looking good. I really like your project, and it looks like you have a lot of work to do to it, it will be interesting to watch along with you. You might get more views in the Projects forum though, because this forum shows up in the recent activity as a question.
Lead work is dear to me, and when its done properly very rewarding, and long lasting. You mentioned being fairly new to it, so I can offer a couple of suggestions that you may consider for their worth, if not, then I'm happy just to follow along.
