Oil Cooler Duct Work Fab

Here's some raw fabrication starting with a flat sheet. This duct allows better air flow through a front mounted oil cooler on my Porsche 911.

Looks like you welded all of it?
Was this made from Steel or Aluminum?
what was your lay up?
Did you bend any of it on a Break?
Are you using any fans in your design? wear does the air exit?
Are you planning the use of Naca ducts to pull the air through ?

Hi,
Two of the flanges were formed on a bead roller. I have a press brake but it only makes linear bends.

No fans. Air exits under the car, Not sure what a naca duct is.

Most of the above is explained in the video, ha ha. Why don't you like video links again?
