I need to make these bumper mounts for an old bike look better. Can someone give me some suggestions? I have attached one that is OK, and an example of the one that needs work. thanks

It looks to me like there was an impact at the blue arrow, and that pushed in the area out to the blue line, and may have pulled the red arrows area up. You just need to reverse that. Its a single hit impact, so put pressure on the blue arrow point, and tap the blue line ridge lightly with a hammer at the same time. Don't do anything to the red arrow area.
