I want to paint a bumper for my g35. I have a carribean blue color and it has the pearls in it. When I buy the paint will it come with the pearls in the paint or is it another coat? And I assume you can't wetsand the base coat because of the pearls. Thanks in advance

You're asking if the unknown paint you never identified comes with pearl in it, when you already say the paint comes with pearl in it? It seems to be a safe bet that it comes with pearl in it.

No base coat is meant to be sanded. Once you've laid it down you can sand it with > 400 to knock down dust nibs and trash on the surface, but you have to put another coat over top or it will look like hell.
