Wet sanding V dry

Discuss anything after that final masking comes off.

Just a curiosity question - why do p-sheets say to dry sand with one grit and wet sand with a finer grit?

Wet sanding produces less scratches in the finish. When the paper clogs it creates scratches. The water keeps the paper from clogging up.
