I have a dark blue Suzuki Vitara, with the window that push out at the back.
And I had the window tint replaced and when they did it they left white run makes down the side off the car.
I ask what they used to clean the windows and they said just soapy water.
I have tried some car polish to remove it and no luck, what would be the best product/method to use to remove?

I'd start with a solvent wax/grease remover, citrus based goo gone, acetone, lacquer thinner. Keep putting stronger stuff on till it softens up, once it softens a bit it just takes some scrubbing with a soft nylon brush to get it all. Worst case scenario is sanding and polishing, hopefully enough clear exists to do that.
