shiny spots

shiny spots
]newbie here I just did 3 coats of paint and 2 of clear I wet sanded with 1000 but I still have this shiny lil spots some one help plz

looks like still some orange peel there. sand a bit more in that spot

Yep, those are low spots (part of the orange peel look) that have not been touched by the sandpaper so they are still shiny.
With only 2 coats of clear you will want to sand just enough to flatten that area without taking too much off the surrounding areas.
