My garage is nowhere clinical enough to spray but it's all I have and I'm getting dirt on my fresh single stage black. I've painted most panels multiple times to try and avoid the dirt but it's inevitable... only good thing is it's good practice and the orange peel is at a level now that I'm not gonna bother flattening it. It's no worse than the factory paint job on my daily.

Just looking at denibbers and how they can localize repairs to a very small area. Pretty pricey though.
I do have an old leccy toothbrush that I could essentially make a small polisher out of. .5" piece of dowel and some 2000 grit glued on.
Anyone got any ideas or tried something similar.?

TIA

I agree they are pricey ($75 delivered) but after the first time I tried a fingernail and picked off a lot more that I thought I would, I bought a "nib scraper". It is from Festool number 497525 and with it I can control just knocking the top of the nib off. This keeps the affected repair area very small. A question of price vs risk?
