I hit a few nooks and crannies and tight curves while wetsanding that I didn't mean to. Nothing too out of the way but a buffing pad won't be able to reach them.
I need to buff the shine back, are there (say) dremel attachments that work especially well? I know there are some out there, but not sure which if any are good for automotive clear. Any recommended RPMs when using them?
Cut and buff tight sections with...? Dremel?

On a small spot I usually sand it a little more with 3000 to 4000
grit then just buff it by hand with a shop towel. It actually goes pretty quick if you sand it to a fine grit first and use a heavy cut compound first. The Aralon foam sanding discs work real good for this. JC.
