Inconsistent with first buff

So I repainted my "total disaster" came out much better with the help of this board! I was unable to sand shortly after painting so the paint got really hard, I had to hit a few areas with 800 then flattened it with 1000 completely. I did my first buff with meguiars 105 and noticed a few spots that still look slightly "milky" as opposed to the rest that shows a decent reflection. Should I be concerned or go on to the 205, then polishing?

This is Kirker Single stage white paint.

I also found a few spots of orange peel I missed so I have to do a little bit of sanding as well. Figured I would wait to do the entire truck, get the bed back on and go over it in detail. Going to stop at this point with the 105 and figured I would do the cab with 105 then the entire truck 205 and so on.

Thanks

Haze means scratches are still there.
Did you try to buff the 1000 grit scratches out?
I normally go 1000, 1500, 2000 and then buff.
