Low gloss

I was hope that you could help.
I repainted my rear bumper. It is glossy but not as much as the rest of the car.
I used Matrix Clear Coat MX 52. Color sand 1000/1500.
Buffed Menzerna SI 1500 aggressive wool pad
3m Finesse It wool pad
3M Finesse it foam yellow pad
Buffed clean dry yellow pad
Klasse 2 on 1 sealant micro fiber on and off.
Suggestion?

You still have scratches on the surface.
Try wet sanding with 2000 grit before buffing. Be sure to remove all of the 1500 and 1000 grit scratches.

Did and used different final polish, I'm happy thank you
