Oh, I have foam pads too and use them during follow up steps but the initial cut with M-100 works like a charm with the twisted wool pad.


M100 is good stuff

with a rotary, twisted wool pad, and the M100, your results should be phenominal.
pick a section to work on. the RPMs on your buffer might not be high enough, you might not be working it enough, you might not be using enough product, or a combination of them.
im not sure how them meguirs pads are. i have a couple of twisted wool pads from a couple different manufacturers. they dont all cut and buff the same.

have good lighting to see the refinement.

when switching from grit to grit, did you change sanding directions or use a guide coat between each grit to see the refinement?
