I got a problem with A clear coat tape line, I’ve been sanding it down with 1000 grit but it doesn’t want to go away I feel like I’m going to just burn through now if I keep sanding.
What do I do in this situation?

You should clear the entire panel and not try to blend it in.
I would tape off the rest of the car, leaving just that panel exposed. Dull the surface with 800 grit or a grey scotchbrite pad. Clean it and spray the entire panel. Problem solved. 1968 Coronet R/T

That's not a tape line.
As above, grey scotch the entire section (not P800 in case you burn through), followed by a light coat of your base coat colour - just enough to cover that edge, and then reclear the whole section. Chris

I guess I have no choice but to re clear the panel, I just thought there would be a easier way to fix this.

After a closer look at your picture, I would follow NFT5's advice and blend in your base coat as well.
If you just shoot clear, that is going to still show. 1968 Coronet R/T
