I'm polishing the oxidation off of an old skybolt... and started for the first time in a while to consider wax, or sealant.... and dry wash options... wow what a headache. Way back I liked and used the wax shop stuff and granite, and several others... lately I've been focused on restoration and shooting, so not alot of detail stuff.
Whats your process and why?
Whats your favorite wax/sealant strategy?

Have you looked into Ceramic Coating?
A friend of mine in California does this for a living. The product he uses is high quality and only available to trained and certified people like himself. He graciously applied some to my Harley Davidson and it has looked great ever since. Dust tends to blow off and a simple damp cloth easily removes bugs and gets it looking like new again. I'm sure some others will chime in with their thoughts and suggestions. I had him do my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well: 1968 Coronet R/T

My friend uses an Owner's Pride Kit OP-7. It's made in the USA and according to him many of the cheaper brands do not contain enough Ceramic to provide the proper protection. I must admit my Harley and Jeep always seem to look nice and they are darker colors. 1968 Coronet R/T
