So, I have an Eaton 7.5hp, 80 gallon 2-stage. I have a Maxline 3/4" master kit for plumbing the air. I have Flexzilla 3/8" (body) and 1/2" (paint) hoses. What do I need to get this to my 3/4" air line kit?

Combination of a couple of copper or brass threaded adapters from the hardware store, and a nice flexible hydraulic hose from a place like Tractor Supply. You may get away with just the hose, with the right sized fittings. That's how I did mine, same size compressor.

Yeah, basically what Chris said there. I come out of that fitting with a short straight piece of pipe just to get my stainless steel flex hose closer to my air to air aftercooler.

Thanks. I was overthinking things, as usual. I'll post my setup tomorrow or Thursday. Almost done.

[Have everything wired, I think. The electrician wasn't familiar with 220 compressors and couldn't get it. I think he moved wires to the magnetic switch.

Do I have this right?

tough to tell from the photos and not standing in front of it, to trace the wiring.

please do not energize that circuit until you get someone who knows what they are doing, to look it over. It sucks to create an unintended arc welder...

I got the wiring right (finally) and I have a bad contactor. They're sending me a new one.

Have a leaking elbow in my iron pipe. I've put new Teflon tape on it and tightened it, but it's still leaking.

I don't like using iron for air delivery, for that reason plus eventual interior rusting. I sweat in 3/4" copper for the entire run.

Try tapping around the perimeter of the iron elbow with a hammer, see if your leak goes away. That iron is very malleable.

Glad you got the power hooked up correctly. Iron pipe... for water I use pipe dope cause it takes a lot of tape to fill the threads. Don't know if pipe dope would be a contaminant for air. So I would suggest MORE tape than you think is needed.
