I'm doing it in pieces so no, My biggest concern is the recesses in the tailgate.

you would be ok spraying those recesses at one flat piece, hard to explain in text but ill try,

assuming you in middle of gate just fan your gun out so it picks up those edges as you pass.

let your first coat completely flatten out. depending on temps could take a hour sometimes.

you CAN dust nib the 8115 after it has flashed enough then do your last coat.

just make sure your passes "follow through" dont really want to spot paint if you know what i mean
