Hi All, need your opinions:
Apparently non-stainless steel shaft paint lids were installed on this waterborne paint bank almost a year ago. If you look at the photo you will see the rust is pretty far down the shaft and in the paint. Is the paint now junk? Or if correct stainless lids are installed and the paint strained could the paint be OK? BTW, if it matters, this is a very low volume shop.

to my knowledge waterborne is a simple shake a few times and pour.

AWX has agitators as does Spies. Should have been a stainless agitator lid though. Complain to your jobber. Demo some PPG Envirobase 8n there to build a fire under their butt lol. You'll never touch sw after that.
