GET A LAWYER NOW! and let him or her sort this out! your getting to tingled up in this and not knowing what your doing. the insurance co. is likely to play you until you give up. as for the damage you noticed AFTER you got home, its going to be difficult to prove any fault on the body shop for that one. let that one be a learning experience. what you should have done is to pull the car out, or have them do it its on there property and walked around it several times before accepting it. try and stick to the damage done by the taxi driver and its repair.
