I talked to the Dog owner today he says no problem gonna buy me a Used fender off ebay and a couple quarts of base coat i got the rest. I will let it go it needed paint any way.

IF he doesn't follow through will have problems because I wont let it go I promise! and I let him know that! Once the dog is labeled a danger to others he will be subject to Criminal penalty's! if it ever bites any one.
I don't need the BS any more than he does, I really hope he follows through.

A dog like that shouldn't be running free, if it wants to kill cats it's just as likely to attack other dogs or kids, or even adults. Even a full size guy is in trouble unless he has a tire iron in his hand.
Hopefully he follows through.

Hes been warned by Sharif and Animal control, Plus other neighbors have had it with his dogs as well. The dam Dog was over here b4 I left and it growled at me in my own yard but at the time I didn't know where it lived.

And Yes it is a very dangerous animal, It needs to be put down. Hes lucky I am not pushing it to pay for every thing.

I been out their playing with the Jetta.
I been pulling my hair out trying to figure out the AC problems.
I put a New Compressor on it and drew it down and serviced it But the dam thing is electrically controlled.

The dam thing doesn't have an AC Clutch so the pump spins constantly, It uses an electrically controlled Valve to control the freon flow instead. Any way its a Pain to trouble shoot even with a computer! I cant get power to the solenoid that controls freon flow the onboard computer wont let it have power and my interface computer says its a controller.
I looked the part up and its a $350 dollar part new, I found a used one on Ebay for $30 so I bought it. I hope it works? worse case its the same I suppose.

Its the last thing really to fix on it to make it road worthy at least for me It has a few other electrical problems But I am sick of working on it and sick of spending money on it. I defiantly wont be buying another VW product!
I am looking around for another Vett again, I was thinking about a BMW but I don't know kinda burned out on foreign Junk right now. (Expensive to play with)

Neighbor with the Psycho Dog bought me the fender for my vett waiting on shipping and Base coat now. Then I will repaint it.
Still waiting for my Machinist to **** my Hemi engine for the Jeep Commander. This is the Last time I pay him up front for any work! I am told Wednesday I can pick it up, I have heard that before so I am not holding my breath.

Any way whats new with you?
Did you get the Welding cart done? Are you back on the Stang?

A former neighbor of mind stood there screaming and hitting her Pit Bull with a stick as it killed her goat right in front of her.
I told my wife right then, if that dog comes anywhere near me or wanders on to our property it will get a 180 grain death warrant.

I am not really at liberty to say what I am gonna do if this Dog gets into my yard again other than to call Animal control...
At least the Dog owner is Getting me the fender and the Base coat paint I will deal with every thing else.
This same guy HAD about 20 goats and admitted to me That this same Dog was there demise. He got rid of what few Goats he had left and kept the dam Dogs.

Well been working two problems on VW I think I figured out long standing Squawk on the Head lights turning themselves ON all by themselves! Intermittently!!!!! Killing my Battery!
Problem Has something to do with the computers DRL, Day runnin lights computer.
I got into the computers coding and DELETED IT! Now the dam lights are off and only on when I turn them on!

The AC is still battling me, I ordered a new used controller off ebay for $30 rather buying a new one for $350, On a Side note I found a bit of coding that says the AC compressor is off due to out side Temp too low -30 degrees C so I ordered a New Temp bulb for my missing one a whole $10 from AutoZone.

BACK when I had the front end tore off from that semi tire it was the only thing I didn't fix when replacing every thing, will see if it actually fixes this problem.

The VW sounds like quite a hassle. Hope you get the AC sorted out, hard to live without it where you are. Not so bad where I am other than a couple weeks a year.
The cart is pretty much finished, just want to spray a coat of paint on it.
It was a fun little project, nice doing something you can finish in a short time.
We had a bad dog hear some years back. He was in my driveway growling at me, he made the same mistake with another neighbor, that was the last of him.

The $10 temp bulb cured the VW!
And the lights are staying off!
Back to regular program

Nice cheap fix, hope the rest goes well.

Painted the welding cart today with some weird gloppy manifold paint I had. Good enough. Cart holds both my welders with 2 bottles and room for a plasma cutter should I ever get one. Nothing fancy but it sure is solid.

Not a very good week at work, I got rear ended in VW the Guy hi tailed it and ran running a red stop light when turning left across a Hiway!
Cops were worthless I only got a partial of the lic plate I was missing the last 1 digit.
Any way its not really bad and I am ok but mess makes me upset.

Then now when driving home Bug starts missing really bad in between 1800 - 2600 RPM I figure its the injectors acting up, I wanted to get them overhauled but it was $1200 so I skipped it. Guess what I am gonna do now?

So I got to put it back down and put that fender on the Vett and drive it till the injectors get back from overhaul. Then I can proceed to repaint the Vett. Thats the plan anyway.

Still no word from my Machinist on the Hemi not happy with him.
